At Gürsoy Machinery, we specialize in sourcing and coordinating the international shipment of industrial machinery and equipment from the EU (primarily Germany) to businesses in Turkey. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how our logistics process works and what you can expect.

 

1. Delivery Scope

We offer logistics coordination as part of our consultancy and brokerage services.
Our shipping coverage includes:

  • From: European Union (primarily Germany)
     

  • To: Destinations across Turkey
     

  • Mode: Land transport (LTL / FTL), sea freight, or multimodal—depending on size, type, and urgency.
     

We work with reliable, vetted logistics partners.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Product type and dimensions
     

  • Supplier lead time
     

  • Customs clearance duration
     

  • Final destination within Turkey
     

Typical delivery time after order confirmation: 2 to 5 weeks
(We will provide a more accurate ETA in each offer or agreement.)

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are either:

  • Included in the total quote (CIF/DDP options), or
     

  • Invoiced separately, based on delivery terms
     

All costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before shipment.

 

4. Customs and Import Duties

We assist in coordinating customs documentation and procedures.
However, final customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance responsibilities may vary depending on the delivery terms (Incoterms) agreed with the client.

We typically operate under:

  • DAP (Delivered at Place)
     

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
     

  • or EXW (Ex Works) — depending on the service level.
     

 

5. Delivery Issues or Delays

We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage.
While we work only with trusted logistics partners, external factors like customs delays, strikes, or transport restrictions may occasionally affect delivery times.

If a delay or damage occurs due to our coordination or error, we will work promptly to resolve the issue or offer a suitable compensation plan as per our refund policy.
